Small Bathroom Remodel |

I have a bathroom in an old house in Decatur, just inside the perimeter that I want to do a full remodel on. I want to rip out the lineolum, install tile, tear out the tub and wall tiles and replace those with a new tub and new tile on the walls. It will need a new vanity and medicine cabinet combo. Also, new trim at the bottom of the walls all the way around. I can pay for materials, and you can just give me quotes for labor. The bathroom is 4\\\'10\\\" by 7\\\'1\\\" not including the tub. I\\\'d also like to replace the door on the bathroom. Doesn\\\'t need to be prehung, it can just be a replacement slab. The only small issue with this remodel is that the area between the toilet and the tub has some water damage and seems to be rotted out. So, the subfloor will need to be replaced there. The rotten area doesn't seem to be more than a square foot in size, but we won't know for sure until the tub comes out. Also, I may need some help bringing materials to my house since I do not have a truck. I only want quotes from contractors that do high quality work and don\\\'t settle for \\\"good enough\\\".
