Reviews and ratings: (3) (Submit a review)  Very personable, punctual, friendly company. They even picked up my materials and moved my furniture (I\'m elderly). I left for work, to return to a new engineered wood floor. I could not believe, they finished 2 hours ahead of time. My family loved my floor (got it done before July 4) and I passed out all of Derrick\'s cards. He will be coming back tile my bathrooms. O & S was referred to me by Lumber Liquidators. After viewing their webpage, I was sold. Derrick thoroughly explained everything to me and believe me I had plenty of questions. My hardwood floor is absolutely gorgeous! Very dependable, ethical and on-time company. Needless to say, we hated the outdated carpet on our floor. We decided at the last moment to get engineered wood; but could it be installed before Thanksgiving. Derrick not only picked up the wood on a SUNDAY, he and his crew stayed to help us place our furniture back in place, Wednesday afternoon. Now that\'s true \"customer service\".
